Pierbattista Pizzaballa (1965), Patriarch of Jerusalem of the Latins - Franciscan
Motto: Sufficit tibi Gratia mea (My grace is sufficient for you)
Scheme: The golden walls of Jerusalem with a cone-shaped dome, a tower and an ovoid dome, surmounted by the golden scroll of the Word with the Chrismon (monogram of Christ the Messiah) standing out against the blue sky. From the clouds emerge two arms (one is naked, the other clothed in a habit) that cross with stigmatised hands.
Message: Pizzaballa, therefore, proposes an essential, Franciscan Church, founded on the Word of Christ and trusting in his working grace, ready to witness even to the point of blood to generate new Christians and build the heavenly Jerusalem.
