IAA Mobility 2025, the ten most important cars at the German show
Renault Clio, the sixth series is all new
Renault's best seller, which has sold more than 17 million units to date, changes considerably, despite being based on the same architecture as its predecessor. The new generation of the Clio grows a little in size and has a new, bolder look than the old one, thanks to both the expression of the front end and the sleek profile and design of the tail. In addition, it offers a cabin that is not only furnished differently but, above all, integrated with the same technologies as the latest petrol and electric Renault models, culminating in state-of-the-art digitalisation and connectivity. The engine chapter consists of the familiar 1.2-litre petrol engine with 115 horsepower and two all-new ones. A 1.2-litre turbocharged LPG bifuel with 120 horsepower mated to a six-speed dual-clutch gearbox and a full-hybrid with 160 horsepower complemented by a new 1.8-litre petrol engine, which despite being more powerful than its predecessor consumes less.
