Xpeng Next P7, intelligent record-breaking sports sedan

In Munich, where it recently opened an R&D centre, hi-tech giant Xpeng unveiled the Next P7, which is an evolution of the large P7+ full-electric sports sedan already available in parts of Europe along with the G6 and G9 SUVs. The Next P7 is distinguished both by the redesigned and refined interior and the integration of three Turing chips from the Ai developed by Xpeng, which offer a computing power of 2,250 Tops. Two are dedicated to Level 4 intelligent autonomous driving and one to connectivity and on-board services. The Next P7 is powered by a twin-engine powertrain generating all-wheel drive with 594 horsepower, powered by a 92.2 kWh battery that promises a range of 820 kilometres. During development, the Next P7 broke the endurance record for production electric cars, covering 3,961 kilometres in 24 hours.
