The Gothic atmosphere of Moosburg Castle

Moosburg Castle is located on a hill to the west of the village of the same name. It was built in late Gothic style and later renovated. Since 1629, the owners have changed hands several times. In 1994, the interior of the historic mansion was restored to become an atmospheric hotel with 16 double rooms with stucco ceilings and a Gothic Knights' Hall, taking guests back to a distant historical period. The complex is located in a unique natural area in central Carinthia and is surrounded by forests and romantic private bathing lakes.
