The history of the Schlosshotel Seevilla Millstättersee began in the late 1800s thanks to a family of wealthy industrialists, who over the years transformed the mansion into the successful hotel it is today. A special feature is the diversity of the rooms: no two are alike, each room and each piece of furniture has its own history. Many of the furnishings are original and date back to 1884. The hotel restaurant specialises in game from the hotel's game reserve, local fish, herbs from the garden and regional fruit and vegetables. The villa also has direct access to the Millstätter See lake: a pier, lawn and beach lead directly to the water.
