Turin Park of Health, Research and Innovation

Among the investment proposals illustrated by Invitalia is the future Park of Health, Research and Innovation in Turin for a development of the area that has already been approved through various conventions (volumes, costs, and clear charges). The park is located in the south-east of Turin, between the Lingotto railway station, the underground station, the Lingotto complex, the Politecnico and Eataly & Green Pea. The Park brings together different functions: medical-scientific with the hospital, congress and exhibition area in the Oval Lingotto centre, offices in the skyscraper of the new headquarters of the Piedmont Region, the new Lingotto station-bridge (+9,000 sqm of commercial SLP), which will connect the Park with the railway line and the multifunctional area of the FS. The sale of the full property is proposed through competitive negotiation. This is a greenfield investment for a hotel/mixed-use project.
