Festival of lights

There are not only the classic lighting of the Christmas trees in Piazza del Duomo, Piazza dalle Repubblica, Piazzale Michelangelo and the Courtyard of Michelozzo in Palazzo Vecchio, but also the fascinating projections of lights that illuminate now Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio and San Paolino, now Palazzo Medici Riccardi, the Mercato Centrale, and again Palazzo della Mercanzia by Gucci in Piazza Signoria, the Rinascente, Via Tornabuoni and Piazza Santa Maria Novella. And what about the magnificent illuminations along the avenues and the illuminations of the historical gates, the Museo Novecento and Piazza Santissima Annunziata. Not to be missed until 7 January 2025 Florence Lights Up with the video mapping on Ponte Vecchio, which brings to life a multiplicity of shapes, volumes, colours and surfaces of one of the most famous bridges in the world and one of the most iconic symbols of Florence.
