A life dedicated to cattle breeding, that of Silvia Vuillermin who, together with her husband Lorenzo, founded the Champoluc Chèvre company in an enchanted corner of Val d'Ayas.
In Pallenc, a few minutes after Champoluc on the road to Antagnod, is their stable. Not only do the cheeses really taste like goat's milk, but they are matured in an old natural cellar that can be visited.
