Hyundai Bayon

The second generation of the Hyundai Bayon has grown in size and is now closer in dimensions to the core of the B-SUV segment. It is 4.2 metres long, 1.8 metres wide and has a wheelbase of 2.6 metres, representing an increase of 6.5 and 3.5 centimetres in length and width respectively compared with the previous model. The range starts with the 90 cavalli 1.0 T-GDI three-cylinder engine with a six-speed manual gearbox and includes a 115 cavalli version, which is also available with a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox. In 2027, the 138 cavalli 1.6 full hybrid, paired with a 6DCT gearbox, will also be introduced. The boot offers 440 litres in the petrol versions and 397 litres in the full-hybrid, increasing to 1,257 and 1,214 litres respectively when the rear seats are folded down. Rear legroom is stated as 935 millimetres. The instrument cluster and infotainment system can feature two 12.3-inch screens, whilst the ADAS suite also includes Highway Driving Assist 2.
