Paris Motor Show: the most important Mondial 2026 models
Renault E-Space Concept
The E-Space Concept is not an announcement of a replacement for the current Espace, but it brings back into the spotlight a vehicle type that has all but disappeared from the European market: the people carrier. It is 4.70 metres long, 2.02 metres wide and 1.67 metres high, is fitted with 23-inch wheels and utilises a completely flat floor to accommodate six individual seats. The seats in the second row can rotate 180 degrees and, in the four-seat configuration, fold flat to form a large central table. The rear doors are hinged against the wind and there is no B-pillar, a design choice that significantly improves access to the cabin. At the front is a 1.13-metre-wide OpenR Panorama display, a technology Renault has already indicated will feature in future high-end models. By-wire steering is also fitted, whilst battery capacity, power output and range have not yet been disclosed.
