At Borgo San Felice the essence of Tuscan flavour

Among them is the cooking school. The Borgo San Felice cooking school offers authentic and immersive culinary experiences, where guests, equipped with apron, chef's hat and professional tools, can participate in demonstration and practical lessons. The recipes prepared are then served for dinner at the Osteria Il Grigio, paired with a Chianti Classico Riserva from the house. The activities are reserved for small groups (maximum 4 people) precisely to ensure that the experience is not only unique but also educational, so that they can take home useful information on the dishes and how to make them.
