Since 1998, he has been president of Powersoft, a company founded by his sons that is active in the design and production of audio amplification and signal processing systems. Since the early 2000s, he initiated its internationalisation with the foundation of the US subsidiary Powersoft US and guided its development with investments in innovation and research. Today, the company is present in 80 countries with 90% exports and holds 20 international patents. It operates with four plants in Scandicci, Bologna, Cortona and Gorizia and has a global network of distributors and 35 certified service centres. It employs 160 people.
