She is the sole director of Masciarelli Tenute Agricole, a winery founded in 1981 by her husband to promote the native grape varieties of Abruzzo and today one of the leading producers of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. Already sales manager of the company, she took over in 2008, after the death of her spouse. In the early years he started the production of organic extra virgin olive oil and developed internationalisation. Today the company is present in more than 50 countries, with 55% of exports. From the initial 2.5 hectares, the planted area has grown to around 320 hectares between Chieti, Teramo, Pescara and L'Aquila. It has developed production from 1 to over 2 million bottles per year. It has 22 labels and employs 35 people.
