He is President and CEO of Sabelt, a company he founded in 1972 for the production of original equipment safety belts and today active in the production of sports seats for high-end cars, safety belts, technical clothing for motorsport and restraint systems for the aviation and aerospace sectors. In the latter sector, the company produces restraint systems for the International Space Station (ISS). It operates three plants in Moncalieri and supplies seven Formula 1 teams. It is a partner of car manufacturers such as Ferrari, McLaren, Aston Martin, Maserati and Abarth. It invests 8% of its turnover annually in R&D. It is present in 58 countries with exports of 90%. It employs 285 people.
