He is managing director of Irinox, a company founded by his father in 1989 as a company specialising in switchboards and today internationally active in the production of blast chillers and food preservation systems for the professional and domestic sectors. In 1992 he joined Irinox. Since 2005 she has been developing its internationalisation with the establishment of Irinox North America, which she heads. Today, the company is present in 92 countries with exports exceeding 60%. It has more than 65,000 systems installed worldwide. It invests 10% in research and sustainability and holds 57 patents. With two plants in the province of Treviso and five distribution branches in North America, Europe and the United Arab Emirates, it employs 350 people.
