She is President of PFM, a company founded with her husband in 1964 as a small business specialising in the production of semi-finished products for packaging and today active, through 14 companies, in the design and production of automatic machines and packaging systems for the food, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors. Under his leadership, the Group has embarked on a path of growth centred on investments in process innovation, strategic acquisitions and the development of a network of foreign subsidiaries. Today it operates with four production sites in Italia and subsidiaries in Germany, the UK, Spain and Canada. Each year it manufactures more than 600 machines and packaging systems. It employs 660 people.
