She is managing director of Prezzemolo & Vitale, a company she founded in 1986 together with her husband as a small food shop in Palermo and today active in distribution and high quality gastronomy with ten outlets in Palermo and six in London. After ten years of experience in the selection of Italian gastronomic specialities, in 1996 she transformed the family convenience store into the first "Prezzemolo & Vitale" food store, characterised by the integration of fresh products and regional specialities. Since 2002, he has been expanding the brand with new openings and the launch of e-commerce. Today, it markets thousands of food items with a model oriented towards the enhancement of territorial excellence. It employs 230 people.
