He is managing director of D&D Italia, a family business founded in 1968 and specialised in the production of canned food. In 2000, he took over its leadership and started a path of growth by external lines with the acquisition of two companies in the sector and the inauguration of a new factory in Pontecagnano Faiano. Today, the Group is present on the market with the historic D'Amico brand and other brands. It has three factories in Campania and Trentino-Alto Adige. It exports to 86 countries and employs 140 people. In 2012, together with nine other companies, he also founded the consortium 'Tradizione Italiana', of which he is CEO. Today, the consortium brings together 16 companies and 38 factories in Italia.
