Micaela Pallini - 1969 - Rome - Distillery Industry

He is president and managing director of Pallini, a family business active in the production of spirits since 1875. In 2001 he joined Pallini, covering roles of increasing responsibility. Over the years he invested in process and product innovation and launched new distillates, including the first non-alcoholic limoncello. In 2022, he develops the portfolio with the acquisition of a natural digestive liqueur. Today, Pallini is on the market with an offer of more than 100 products including bitters, syrups and liqueurs, and exports 80%. It markets around 3 million litres of products per year. With a plant in Rome, it employs 40 people.
